Day Students

You’ll enjoy the best of both worlds when you attend St. Margaret’s as a day student. Local students enjoy access to a variety of weekend activities and friendships with girls from around the world—along with excellent academics and the opportunity to live at home.

And there are lots of opportunities for leadership and personal growth when you attend a girls’ school! Day students are well represented in the ranks of class and school officers, Honor Council members, club presidents and team captains.

Other highlights of day student life include:

- School transportation from outlying areas (additional fee, please ask)

- A day student dorm room when school activities or weather keep you overnight

- Opportunities to spend the night with a boarder, or to invite a boarder home

- The Day Family Coordinator, an experienced SMS parent, who understands the questions that you and your parents might have

We encourage all prospective day students to attend one of our visit days or come to campus when they can attend classes and meet students and faculty.
