Mrs. Sgroi has played many roles during her time at SMS, including Calculus teacher, Department Head, Dean of Faculty and Student Life, and her most recent title as Assistant Head for School Life.  Everyday she oversees and assists the Academic and Residential teams as well as Department Heads and other school Directors.  She also coordinates and administers faculty development and discipline councils, in addition to her role as Cabinet member and liaison to the Business Office, Student Affairs, and the Planning Committee. Mrs. Sgroi also teaches Math and assists students outside of class in Math lab.
