As the Director of Plant and Maintenace, Mr. Townsend is in charge of delegating maintenance duties throughout campus, from minor repairs in dorms and classrooms to landscaping and auto upkeep. He also takes care of plumbing, air conditioning, and furniture steup in the dorms and special SMS events.

Mr. Townsend lives off campus with his wife, Lynn, and has three sons, Adam, Gage and Knate.
