A 1993 St. Margaret’s Graduate, Ms. Kollaros returned to SMS as the Director of Residence in 2002.  Her background in social work enables her to connect with all of the SMS boarding students, not only as a dorm parent but also as a mentor.  As Director of Residential Life, Ms. Kollaros monitors each girl’s environment, making sure they are well-rounded and responsible young women in their relationships, study habits, and within their communities.  Her holistic approach and previous experience as an SMS student make her the most personable and admired faculty members.

Outside of the dormitories, Ms. Kollaros also helps plan the St. Margaret’s Co-Curriculum, a program aimed to emphasize personal wellness, sports and physical activities, healthy eating habits, diverse social activities, and community service. Ms. Kollaros also is very active in the local community, doing social work in Warsaw and in the Richmond area for Big Brother Big Sister and the Sacred Heart Center.  She lives on campus.
