View of the Athletic Fields at Sycamore Drive under development as of September 1 - these views are taken from an aircraft circling the field at 300 feet. Note the softball diamonds have been laid out and both playing fields have been laid with grass sod in preparation for the first game on September 21. An earlier decision to seed the second playing field was cancelled due to the very dry summer and this actually allows us to use both fields in the fall rather than wait until Spring 2008. The faculty residence is under construction at the entrance to the fields.
