Performing Arts

The Music wing has a Grand Piano, two piano/voice practice rooms, an instrument practice room, and an office for the Music Library and private instruction. The Treble Choir receives basic theory, vocal pedagogy, and exposure to music from the Classical, Romantic, Modern and Popular styles. This class is open to students in any grade level. The Ensemble offers select students an opportunity to work at a proficient level in grades 9-12.

The Drama program uses a mirrored dance studio for acting workshops and rehearsal space. The wings of the stage are used as a classroom, green room, and technical theater workshop. Drama instruction and Technical Theater are taught in the afternoon activities period and are open to students in all grade levels.

While dance is not a part of our performing arts curriculum, students do have the opportunity to study dance at local studios, such as Ann Catherine Cross School of Dance.
