Broad is pleased to announce the names of students who have earned spots on the school's honor and merit rolls for the third and final trimester of the 2002-2003 academic year. Students named to the honor roll have an average of 90 or above with no grade below a B. Local students include juniors Blair Fisher of Lottsburg, Allison Smith of Warsaw and Jessica Stokes of Tappahannock; sophomores Neillee Katona and Palmer Ware, both of Dunnsville; freshman Allison Ryan of Tappahannock; and eighth-grader Michelle Burch of Burgess. Boarding students named to the honor roll include seniors Emily Chang, Kaoru Hoshino, Hannah Lee and Evita Moody; junior Hye Joon Yoon; sophomores Vera Attaway, Rachel Chang, Jennifer Clark, Lauren Glass, Kaoru Higaki and Kelly Reily; freshmen Sade Bowen, Ja Kwon, Jennie Lynne Leonard and Regina Saravia; and eighth-graders Lizzie Gartrell, Min Jung Kim, Kate Matthews and Aubrey Sozer. Students earning merit roll recognition have an average of 87 or above with no grade below a C.
