Broad is pleased to announce the names of students who have earned a place on the school’s honor and merit rolls for the first trimester of the 2003-2004 academic year. Students named to the honor roll have an average of 90 or above with no grade below a B. Local students include junior Palmer Ware of Dunnsville, sophomore Sydney Harris of Tappahannock, and freshmen Ligon Brooks of Miller’s Tavern, Michelle Burch of Burgess and Chelsea Jacobs of Dunnsville. Boarding students named to the honor roll include senior Jessica White; juniors Rachel Chang and Jennifer Clark; sophomores Laura Hubbell and Eileen Tsai; freshmen Dakota Cox, Min Jung Kim and Da Hae Lee; and eighth-grader Rose Patrick. Students earning merit roll recognition have an average of 87 or above with no grade below a C. Local students include seniors Alli Johnson of Aylett and Allison Smith of Warsaw; juniors Annie Arnest of Kinsale and Neillee Katona of Dunnsville; sophomores Megan Burton of Montross, Erin Martin of Callao, Alexandra Newman of Lancaster, Allison Ryan of Tappahannock and Hope Scott of West Point; and eighth-grader Gretchen Smither of Kilmarnock.
