Head of School Margaret R. Broad is pleased to announce the names of students who have earned a place on the St. Margaret’s School honor, merit and B rolls for the first trimester of the 2007-2008 academic year.

Students named to the honor roll earned an average of 90 or above with no grade below a B. Local students include juniors Corbin Brooks of Millers Tavern and Meghan Cooke of Tappahannock, and Anna-Beth Lawler of Kinsale; sophomore Betsy Joslyn of Tappahannock; and freshman, Rebecca Parker of Walkerton.

Other students named to the honor roll include seniors Hannah Kessler and Michka Sharpe; juniors Seh-Young Kim and Melanie Waitzer; sophomores Sujin An, Amelia Chen, Natalie Clark, Misa Kamichi, Veronica Kimmerly and Linh Tran; freshmen Maggie Allen, So Youn Kim and Marley Rudolf; and eighth-graders Victoria Buseck and Darian Weaver.

Students earning merit roll recognition have an average of 87 or above with no grade below a C. Local students include seniors Martha Joslyn and Blair Passagaluppi of Tappahannock; junior Ryan Martin of Tappahannock; sophomores Becca McKinley, Abby Odell, Ivy Turner, and Laurie Wilbur of Tappahannock, Annie Badenoch of Kilmarnock, Eden Conner and Hannah Newman of Kilmarnock, Maggie Keilhauer of White Stone; and eighth-grader Ellie Shields of Kinsale.

Other students earning merit roll recognition include seniors Katherine Burnett, Stephanie Hanson, Hailey Jung, Ji-Ye Kim, Young-Eun Lee, Megan Lynch and Martha Reynolds; juniors Elise Bailey, Caroline Casey, Annie Chen, Lizzy Cordes, Joan Ge, Sarah Keating, Min Jin Kim and Quinn Kolbe; sophomore Molly Medrano; freshmen Mariana Corral and Brianna Oh; and eighth-grader Kelly Wyrick.

Additionally, students earning a trimester average in the B range with no term or trimester grade below a C were named to the B List.
