Tuition & Affordability

As a school founded by the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia for "girls of character and ability," an important part of our mission is to ensure students who meet our admission criteria have access to the educational opportunities we provide. To help families afford a St. Margaret's education, we offer a variety of payment plans, scholarships, and need-based financial aid.

We partner with FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment, which provides financial aid analysis to private and independent schools. Based on financial information submitted by a family, FACTS calculates funds a family should have available for educational expenses. St. Margaret's uses this information to determine the amount of financial aid that can be offered.

St. Margaret's is accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year. For more information, please complete an inquiry form or contact our Office of Admission at 804-443-3357 or
