Academics

At St. Margaret's, we are dedicated to preparing girls for success in college and beyond by nurturing a lifelong intellectual curiosity and enhancing strong learning abilities. Recognizing the uniqueness of each learner, our approach involves encouraging students to harness their strengths and refine their study skills in an environment of small classes and personalized attention. Our curriculum is specially designed to cater to the way girls learn most effectively, instilling confidence and leading to exceptional academic achievements. We offer a flexible academic framework that spans various disciplines. For our international students, we provide English as a Second Language support to boost their fluency and self-assurance.

We are committed to supporting all students to reach their highest potential in a stimulating and challenging academic setting. Special emphasis is placed on S.T.R.EA.M., inspiring many of our girls to aspire to careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The River Program is another innovative aspect of our curriculum. It allows girls to understand science in the context of their daily lives, focuses on the natural environment, and offers numerous opportunities for exploration and service learning. Additionally, our Visual and Performing Arts programs are designed to foster creative learning and expression.

Our students at St. Margaret's evolve into imaginative, self-reliant thinkers. They discover their passions, explore their interests, and fulfill their potential here.
